I've always loved the tapered shapes and bevels that you see in ancient stonework. The Obelisk Signet is inspired by the sloping, irregular & weathered shapes of historic masonry.
Every ring varies slightly in texture due to it casting process, I've tried to show a couple variations in the photos. Each one being entirely handmade and finished through careful filing, sanding and finally polishing.
