Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oisín. I take pride in creating handmade jewellery of the highest quality, and your satisfaction is very important to me.

Whilst I make pieces that are intended to be worn and cherished for a lifetime sometimes you might change your mind, or circumstances may change. If that happens, I’m happy to offer returns or exchanges to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. More info in Refunds section

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at: oisin.jeweller@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. (please include photos)
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
