Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oisin. I take pride in creating handmade jewellery of the highest quality, and your satisfaction is very important to me. Whilst I make pieces that are intended to be worn and cherished for a lifetime sometimes you might change your mind, or circumstances may change. If that happens, I’m happy to offer returns or exchanges to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at: oisin.jeweller@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. (photos are normally very helpful)
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised jewellery.
  • Gift cards.
